Privacy Policy

This policy explains what JCGreen LLC (“LotLink”, “we”) collects when you use lotlink.live and the salesperson websites we host, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

• Account holders (salespeople): name, email, password (stored hashed), phone and mobile numbers, photo, dealership, website settings and billing status. Payments are handled by PayPal; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Website visitors: anything you choose to submit in a form on a salesperson's site (name, phone, email, the vehicle you asked about, preferred appointment time, trade-in details and your message).
• Usage data: pages viewed and approximate visit counts. IP addresses are stored only as one-way hashes, for spam and abuse prevention.

How we use it

• To run the service: host sites, show dealership inventory, and deliver your inquiry to the salesperson whose site you used.
• To send the alerts and summaries a salesperson has turned on (email, and text messages only if they opted in).
• To bill subscriptions, prevent fraud and spam, and provide support.

Inquiries submitted on a salesperson's site go only to that salesperson. Other salespeople, including others at the same dealership, cannot see them.

Text messaging (SMS)

If a salesperson opts in to text alerts, we use their mobile number only to send those alerts and the related confirmation and help messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the messaging provider (Twilio) that delivers the messages on our behalf. Who we share data with

We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run LotLink, under their own privacy terms:

• PayPal (subscription payments)
• Twilio (text message delivery)
• Resend (email delivery)
• DigitalOcean (hosting) and Cloudflare (network and DNS)

We may also disclose information when required by law.

Retention and your choices

We keep account data while the account is open and delete it on request. Salespeople can edit their information and switch alerts on or off in their dashboard. Anyone can ask us to access, correct or delete their information by emailing [email protected].

Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and dealership feed keys are encrypted at rest.
